Warning Regarding Phishing Messages

Fraudulent messages are currently in circulation that appear to have been sent by our hotel, the "Schenkenberger Hof." These messages ask guests to verify their reservation via a link and to provide credit card details for confirmation purposes. 

Please note: This is a scam. 

The Schenkenberger Hof does not send booking confirmations or payment requests via WhatsApp or SMS, nor do we ever request sensitive data—such as credit card information—through these channels. 

If you receive such a message: 

• Do not click on any included links under any circumstances. 
• Do not enter any personal or payment details.
• Report and block the sender immediately.
